  USE 1-800-FLOWERS INSTEAD!!!! Flowers were for my girlfriends birthday. I placed order 5 days in advance, yet was notified on the day of her birthday when flowers were supposed to be delivered. They NEVER delivered flowers, gave no explaination why, and HAVE NOT given a refund. so I am unable to even get her new gift from a company that is legitimate and reliable. My girlfriend now thinks that I forgot her birthday, even though I planned days in advance. USE 1-800-FLOWERS INSTEAD!!!!

  Ordered at lunchtime online for same day delivery. Got a phonecall in afternoon from a very apologetic lady advising they would not be able to deliver that day. I understood, and the flowers were delivered the following day where they were left in a safe place (recipient was out). Recipient was delighted. Overall I am very happy with the quality of service and the flowers.

  I have used your service 2 times now. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I have received. I would definitely recommend FloraQueen to anyone sending flowers abroad. I'm not exactly sure where the flowers come from. They looked wonderful, very healthy and a 10 rating both times.
